OFFICE SUPPORT STAFF
Our office personnel are highly trained and efficient. The Office Coordinator will introduce you to the office and take care of all your dental appointments and financial arrangements. She can answer any questions you may have concerning our office policies. The Treatment Planning Coordinator handles the Treatment Planning and insurance pre-determinations. Our Certified Dental Assistants are responsible for X-Rays, oral hygiene instruction, removing and recementing temporary crowns, sterilization, and assisting Dr. Bridger with treatment.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
Our office is designed to accommodate wheelchairs. To avoid using the elevator, enter from the Dr.'s Parking Lot located at the south side of the building.

WASHROOMS
A washroom designed for handicapped individuals is located on our floor but is available to male and female non-handicapped persons as well. Please use this washroom if you are seated in the waiting room. The washroom within our own office is intended for use by patients undergoing dental therapy.

CHILDREN
Our practice is designed to primarily treat adults. Due to safety and liability reasons, young children are not permitted in the dental operatory while treating the parent.

PARKING
Patient parking is located on the ground floor. Entrance is by way of the lane on the south side of the building. The parking meter can be found inside and charges $2.00 for 2 hours or $4.00 for 4 hours (exact change or credit card required). Overheight vehicles can park at BCAA across the street. A handicap parking stall is present.

YOUR FIRST VISIT
For your first visit, please bring any X-Rays or study models to which you have access. A letter of referral is helpful when appropriate. A referral from another dentist is not necessary to see Dr. Bridger.

DENTAL INSURANCE
Insurance companies generally reimburse to the level of the general practitioner's fee guide. Prosthodontic specialty fees are higher.

Our office policy is to assist you as much as possible to realize your dental plan benefits. However, patients will be responsable for full payment of their dental treatment, and will recieve their insurance reimbursements directly from their insurance carrier. We will be happy to assist you secure a claim or approval by completing and submitting your dental forms.

FINANCIAL POLICY
Everyone benefits when definite financial arrangements are agreed upon. It is the policy of this office, after examination and diagnosis, to make written treatment plan(s) of the dentistry to be performed. This will enable you as the patient to know exactly what work is planned and to have an estimate of what the cost will be.
